The call on this page is a recording. Playing it sends nothing about you to us.

Talking to the AI live

If you tick the box and talk to the AI front desk, your spoken question is sent through this site to our own server, turned into text, answered, and spoken back. We record the conversation: the audio of your question, its text and the answer. Recordings are kept on Google Cloud for about 90 days, then deleted automatically, and are used only to review and improve the service. Do not share sensitive personal information in a question.

The voice you hear is an AI clone of Gwee Yi Chen's voice, used with his consent. The AI can make mistakes; confirm anything important with a person.

Building a preview

If you ask us to build a preview, we read the public pages of the website you give us (respecting its robots.txt) and keep the facts we extract, such as services, prices, hours and contact details published on that site, so the preview works. Previews are deleted from our server automatically about 90 days after they are built (checked every few hours). We also keep a record of the website address and, if you give it, your email, so we can follow up about Fullerly.

We sometimes build a preview ourselves for a business we think could use Fullerly, from its public website only, and send the owner a link. That preview says it was built by Fullerly and is not affiliated with the business. When a link we sent is opened, we record the time and the browser type so we know whether to follow up; these records are deleted after 180 days. To keep previews and front desks answering when our main server is offline, we keep a copy of the extracted website facts in our private cloud storage; a copy that is not refreshed is deleted after 95 days. Chatting with a front desk

Chats on fullerly.com itself (the preview page and our demos) are recorded, question and answer, and kept for about 90 days to review and improve the service. Chats in a Fullerly widget on another business's website are not recorded. If you ask for a callback or booking and give a phone number or email, we keep your name, that contact, what you need and the last few messages. For our own Growth Alliance Capital demo (chat or voice), that request is emailed to Gwee Yi Chen through the website contact system of Growth Alliance Capital Pte. Ltd. For a preview, it is kept by Fullerly for follow-up. These callback records are stored marked as AI-extracted and unverified.

For a business that uses Fullerly, the callback requests left in its own chat are shown to that business in its private Fullerly workspace, so it can call people back. The workspace link sets a sign-in cookie (fl_d) that lasts up to 90 days. To show a business how its front desk is doing, we count each question its chat answers, with only the hour, the weekday and whether a callback was requested: never the words. These counts are deleted after 120 days. If the business turns on alerts, its phone receives a notification for each callback request.

Fullerly Family

If you join the Fullerly Family early-access list, we keep your name, email and (if you give them) your kids' ages, and email them to Gwee Yi Chen through the website contact system of Growth Alliance Capital Pte. Ltd. so we can contact you about early access.

Inside the private family app, the parent chooses the mode. In lines mode the kids' screen only plays lines the parent approved and uses no microphone. In Talk mode, which the parent must switch on, the child's spoken words are sent to our own server to be turned into text and answered; the audio is not kept. Each conversation is saved as text (what the child said and what the helper said) so the parent can read it and receive a daily summary, and if the child mentions danger a safety alert is sent to the parent's phone as a push notification (for our founder's own family also by iMessage and email). We also store the parent's approved lines, the voice recordings made from them, any message the parent records, the parent's family settings, and a log of which line played and when. This data is kept on Google Cloud in Singapore and used only to run the app for that family. Conversations, summaries and play logs are deleted automatically after 90 days; lines, recordings, settings and the voice model are kept until the parent deletes the family space or the trial ends, when we delete them. The public demo on /family is not stored.

Trial families: each family space has its own passwords (stored only as one-way hashes) and its own data. If a parent records their voice, the recording and the voice model made from it are kept on our own server, used only to speak that family's approved lines and Talk mode replies, and deleted when the family space is deleted or the trial ends. If a parent turns on alerts, we store that device's push address so we can send safety alerts, "they miss you" notes and the daily summary to it. A parent can ask us to delete their family space, voice and all conversations at any time.

Signing in with a work email

If you sign in, we keep your name, work email and company, set one cookie (fl_u) that keeps you signed in for 30 days, and send your details to Gwee Yi Chen (through the website contact system of Growth Alliance Capital Pte. Ltd.) so we can follow up about Fullerly. Sign-in records are deleted automatically after 12 months. We do not yet verify the email address. Your recorded conversations are linked to your email while you are signed in.

If you submit the form

We collect your name, email, and, if you give them, your website and WhatsApp number. We use them only to build the preview you asked for and to contact you about it. If you give us your website, we read its public pages to build that preview.

Your submission is stored on Google Cloud in Singapore and emailed to Gwee Yi Chen, founder of Aye Bot, through the website contact system of Growth Alliance Capital Pte. Ltd. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and logs

This site sets no cookies unless you sign in: the work-email sign-in sets one cookie (fl_u, 30 days) and Fullerly Family sets one cookie (fl_f: 30 days for a parent, 180 days on a kids' device) plus a small note in your browser of which family space to open. It runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and time) for security and operations.

Keeping and deleting

We keep a submission only as long as it is needed to follow up on your request, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. To see, correct or delete what we hold, or to withdraw consent, email yichen@gacapital.com.sg.
