Fullerly is provided by Aye Bot Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202549226G), Singapore. By using this website, building a preview or embedding the Fullerly chat, you agree to these terms.

What Fullerly is

Fullerly is an AI front desk. It answers customer questions using facts taken from a business's own public website and hands anything else to a person. It is software, not a professional adviser. It does not give medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it never confirms bookings on a business's behalf.

Previews

Free previews are built automatically from public web pages, may be incomplete or wrong, and may be removed at any time. Only build a preview of a website you own or have permission to use. Do not rely on a preview for real customers until you have checked its facts.

Paid plans

Prices on our pricing page are in Singapore dollars, before GST where applicable. Nothing is charged until we have agreed a plan with you in writing; that written agreement sets the billing period, payment method and how either side can end the plan.

Your responsibilities

If you put Fullerly on your website, you are responsible for checking that its facts are correct and up to date, for telling your customers they are chatting with an AI, and for following the laws that apply to your business, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fullerly to mislead people, to collect data unlawfully, to overload our service, or to probe systems you do not own. We may limit or stop access to protect the service.

No guarantees

AI can make mistakes. Fullerly is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Aye Bot Pte. Ltd. is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated answers, to the extent the law allows.
