A board for every decision.

Most owners decide alone. Bring the decision keeping you up at night to a digital board that argues it out, then hands you a verdict and three next actions. You make the call.

What it does for you

Fullerly Board is a digital board of directors for small and mid-size businesses. You describe a decision: pricing, hiring, a new product, a bet on something unproven. A set of seats, each a different way of reasoning, votes on it and argues with one another. Then you get a verdict, the live disagreement and the question you still have to answer.

It is a place to think, not a place to be told what to do. Nobody on the board owns your business. You do.

How a meeting works

  1. 1

    Brief the board

Type the decision you are facing, plus any options and constraints. One honest paragraph beats a slide deck.

  2. 2

    Answer their questions

The board asks the question only you can answer, so the discussion starts from your facts, not a guess.

  3. 3

    The seats argue

Each seat votes GO, KILL or RESHAPE, makes its case and then cross-examines the others. A Chair gives the verdict first.

  4. 4

    Take the action plan

You get three next actions. You make the call in your own words, and it goes into a decision journal with a 90-day review date.

What this is, and what it is not

  • Simulated seats. Each seat is a labelled simulation of a school of thought, blended from the public record of several well-known operators. No seat is any one person and none of them is in the room.
  • Real quotes stay separate. When the board cites the public record, the quote is attributed, dated and shown apart from the simulation.
  • Not advice. Not investment, legal, financial, tax or medical advice. It is a sharper question, not a substitute for a professional.
  • No affiliation. No person whose public words appear is affiliated with Fullerly Board or has endorsed it.
